Over 25 years consultancy experience delivering and advising on strategic transformation for over 70 organisations across local public services, health, central government, agencies, and regulated industries.

An experienced consulting leader and non-executive director with a 25 year track record in global top tier consultancies including EY, PA Consulting, Sopra Steria, NTT DATA and KPMG.
I am a trusted advisor to senior executives, politicians and clinicians.
I have designed, sold and delivered large scale transformation, technology enabled change and organisational development programmes across the public sector including local government, health, arm's length bodies and central government departments.
My passion is to grow the capability, capacity and confidence of transformation teams. I have a successful track record in growing public sector consulting practices and supporting organisations to develop their transformation capabilities.
I am a Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC), an ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), an accredited expert in Business Design (Henley Business School), a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner, and hold an MSc in IT Security (Distinction) and an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
